The service is quick and nice, the chop itself isn't anything cute but it really doesn't matter, the food is the star of the show. I would recommend either splitting it with someone or getting two different things to mix and match together. Their food is definitely a bang for your buck in terms of size but wow it's so good!! So much flavor!! 100% would recommend

Chops is always very flavorful. I usually get the bulgogi burrito and find half is already very filling. I like that they offer either a bowl or burrito now. They have two payment kiosks, so the line goes pretty quickly. The place has casual vibes.

How is Chop Express not a national Chain?!I moved out of WA 5 years ago and this is one of the food places I really miss. I can't get good Pho, Teriyaki, Chowder or a Bulgarrito in my new home town. We have good Korean food but the BiBimBap is better in WA so i really wish they had that at this location. The stuff at the original location by Boeing is pretty solid. The prices have gone up but the portions sizes are the same, which is very important. I'll tolerate reasonable price hikes but if you diminish the size of your offering, I'm out. My Bulgarrito was delicious. I prefer them with Gochujang sauce rather than the Sriracha mayo but they were happy to provide me with some. I bought a Crispy Chicken tio take to my wife and tried it and it was also great. This place is totally solid 10/10 recommend!

CHOPS!!! I've been here 4 times in the past month and it is SO freaking good. Each time I've visited, I've tried something new and I will rate my favorites below: 1. Huli Huli Chicken Bowl - potstickers, grilled chicken and the spicy mayo. So good! 2. Crispy Chicki Bowl - just as good as the huli huli! 3. Sobaritto - super filling but very tasty! 4. Bulgogiritto - this is my husband's favorite and he gets it every time we go! (so technically it should tie for the number 1 spot) I will update my review with pictures next time I go because I foresee myself going again in the next few weeks I'm sure. The service is always very nice and they are very quick with preparing and serving the food. I love that you can dine in and still have leftovers to take home or you can just take it to go right away. I can't recommend Chops more to anyone - go try it NOW!

Fast service and amazing unique food options, nothing like it! Best lunch spot in Lynnwood

We love Chops. So excited to find out they have a 2nd location in Lynwood. The food is packed with flavor and it is plentiful so make sure you share. If you don't share, order different stuff and have plenty of leftovers. I love the flaming Boar and the Bulgorrito.

The huli Huli bowl is my favorite thing to get here, and I would rate that alone as 5 stars. Every meal (even the bulgogi fries) is enough for 2 servings, but I usually end up eating it all at once because the huli Huli bowl is so good. Overall, Chops is closer to 4.5 stars for me. I've tried some of the crispy chicky burrito, but I didn't enjoy eating it in the form of a burrito. It wasn't as flavorful as the huli huli, so it was kind of gross when I got to the end of the burrito and had a bunch of plain tortilla left to eat. When I had the bulgogi fries, I thought the sauce flavor was strange like maybe it was a sweet katsu sauce? I was expecting a traditional bulgogi flavor and don't tend to like sweeter sauces. Other than the weird sauce flavor, the bulgogi fries were good and had a lot of meat plus crispy fries.

Bulgorrito and Huli Huli chicken was our order. Went around 5ish on a weekday. Looked like a take away place to me, but could be wrong as I went at an odd time. They do have a lot of space to sit and eat. Very generous sized burritos. Liked the taste of both the huli huli and the bulgogi. Good service. Can definitely give this place a visit.

Grabbed some burritos to go and they were stuffed to the brim with some good tasting meats! We got the spicy pork and beef bulgogi and the beef one was definitely a favorite due to the tastiness of the marinated beef. The pork was solid as well and loved the cabbage crunch to tone down the spice. Not too badly priced for how much meat you get either! Definitely check them out if you're in the area! Great bang for your buck and tasty too!

I was up visiting Everett and found that Chops was pretty much the most recommended restaurant to try. Unfortunately it was closed that day, but when I saw that there was another location in Lynnwood, I booked it there as fast as possible. Ordering is pretty easy at a kiosk right in front and the food comes out really fast, like within 5 minutes or so. Bulgorrito ($13.50) - Woah, deliciousness incoming. Sweet and savory meat, smooth with no gristle or fat, and perfectly coated with sauce so it's not dry, yet also not over saturated. There's a thin layer of white rice to soak in the leftover juices, as well as a portion of shredded lettuce and red cabbage. This bulgorrito is absolutely gigantic - at least 3 inches wide, and something like 9 or 10 inches long. It's bursting with fillings - so much that the flour tortilla isn't actually large enough to encapsulate everything. There's a portion of bare filling, requiring the paper sleeve to hold everything together. Sliced, de-seeded jalapenos and limes are provided on the side to add heat and acidity if desired. (5/5) Bathrooms - From the dining area, walk past the counter through a winding narrow hall to the bathrooms, which are shared with the other businesses in the building. Both bathrooms are larger. Chops combines delicious food with, huge portions, easy ordering, and quick service. It's an easy recommend for a fusion burrito.
